The Meadowlark Audubon Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Chapter of the National Audubon Society. Our territory includes the four counties (Big Horn, Hot Springs, Park, and Washakie) of the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming. We welcome new members. Come join us in sharing our interest in birds and the environment, attending field trips, meeting to hear interesting speakers and programs, and participating in educational projects. Many of our members also take part in grassroots advocacy to promote conservation and protect our environment. Three Christmas Bird Counts are conducted in our area, and many of our members take part in these annual one-day birding events. Meadowlark Audubon Society publishes The Meadowlark, our Chapter's printed newsletter, in addition to the Web version which can be found on the "Newsletter Articles" page. Come join us and help make a difference.
